Data Product Analyst

SpiderRock is hiring a Data Product Analyst to analyze historical, current, and raw data and support client onboarding and data-related needs. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, documenting and escalating them, and sharing client and user feedback with business development and product development teams.

What you'll do:

• Conducting data analysis of historical, current, and raw data using Python, Snowflake, Periscope, MySQL, GitHub, Jira, and YAML
• Supporting the sales team in onboarding new clients to new datasets
• Developing and updating client CRM information
• Communicating issues and opportunities for improvement to business development managers
• Working with other data team members on level two projects and providing feedback to the product development team on user needs
• Troubleshooting database issues, user access, and client connectivity issues
• Drafting and updating user documentation
• Escalating issues to product development or to a development engineer
• Creating and updating Jira support tickets with updated status

What they're looking for:

• Masters Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information Technology or Engineering
• One months experience in position or one months experience in IT field
• Experience with Python, Snowflake, Periscope, MySQL, GitHub, Jira, and YAML
