What you'll do:

- Review enrollment, demographic, credential, and outcome data to ensure alignment with ICCB, IPEDS, and NSC definitions and reporting requirements, among other external definitions
- Document reporting rules, validation steps, and data definitions to support consistency across reporting cycles and submissions; identify data limitations and propose solutions
- Respond to internal or external data questions and requests related to ICCB, IPEDS, and NSC student reporting under the direction of senior staff
- Support student-level data reporting for grants and funded initiatives, including tracking grant participant cohorts, enrollment status, and student outcomes, while ensuring accuracy and alignment with grant requirements, in coordination with grant managers and the college grants office
- Assist with analysis of trends in enrollment (credit and non-credit), completion, transfer, and student outcomes and other metrics that support institutional and strategic priorities, including equity-focused analyses by examining student demographics and emerging variables (e.g., parental status)
- Prepare tables, summaries, and basic visualizations for internal reporting and dashboards and help translate technical data concepts into clear summaries for non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with Institutional Research, IT, Student Affairs, Academic Affairs, Financial Aid, and Grants staff to clarify data definitions and resolve discrepancies
- Contribute to process improvement by identifying recurring data quality issues and documentation gaps
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
