Data Science Intern (Summer 2027)

DriveTime Family of Brands is a privately owned used car sales, finance, and servicing company that uses technology and innovation across its business operations. The Data Science Intern will gain hands-on experience conducting data analysis, developing models and algorithms, applying statistical and machine learning techniques, and presenting insights to support business decisions.

What you'll do:

• Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making processes
• Assist in developing and implementing data models, algorithms, and predictive models
• Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to extract knowledge and patters from data
• Assist with developing innovative ways to increase data intelligence within the business
• Present results of analysis to leaders and colleagues

• Bachelors or master's student with a graduation date between December 2027 – May 2028
• Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or related discipline
• You have a GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Able to read and write in Python
• Working knowledge in SQL, Tableau and Excel
• An understanding of the Data Science Life Cycle
