About this role
As a Data Scientist Intern at Meta, you will shape the future of people-facing and business-facing products across Meta's family of applications. Applying your technical skills, analytical mindset, and product intuition to a rich data set, you will help define experiences for billions of people and hundreds of millions of businesses. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Research, Data Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and other teams. You will use data and analysis to identify and solve product development challenges, influence product strategy and investment decisions, focus on impact, and collaborate with other teams.
## Product leadership

## Analytics
Develop hypotheses and use rigorous analytical approaches, methodologies, frameworks, and technical approaches to test them.

- Suggest improvements in tools and techniques to help scale the team and/or build 0-to-1 convictions on new initiatives. Model solutions around what delivers long-run user value.
## Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
