Data Scientist Intern - Python

CNH Industrial is an agriculture and construction company that develops products and precision technologies to improve customer efficiency and success. The Data Scientist Intern will apply Python, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics to product performance data, generate metrics and insights, and support product validation and development.

What you'll do:

• Leveraging AI to enrich performance metrics and uncover product performance insights
• Working with Python and large product performance datasets to generate key metrics, reports, and dashboards
• Collaborating with engineers and validation teams to ensure data-driven insights directly support product improvement initiatives
• Supporting the team’s mission to provide accessible, reliable, and actionable data that empowers smarter decision-making

What they're looking for:

• Candidates must be currently enrolled college students actively pursuing a degree to participate in the internship program
• Must currently be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in related field
• Experience working with data using Python
