Date Night Babysitter - Sun Prairie

Schedule:

Typically 1-2 times a month. Mostly week nights with occasional weekends. Hours are typically 5/6pm -9/10pm. 

Salary/Wage Range:

Hourly $20.00 to $22.00

Position Summary/Job Duties:

We try to do a date night once a month, sometimes twice. Typically week nights, but weekend nights occasionally pop up  

A little about us:

We have two children: our oldest daughter (5), youngest daughter (3), and a sweet but excitable 1 year old Poodle. 

Our oldest daughter is silly, loves a good joke, and will do arts and crafts with you for hours. She has a fairly independant bedtime routine and is quick to answer any questions that may come up with her little sister's bedtime routine. She is hard of hearing, her hearing aids provide great support and we are not currently using ASL in our home. She typically takes her hearing aids out sometime before bed and can still hear, but it's always good to make sure you can make eye contact to ensure she's picking everything up. 

Our youngest is very shy, but so sweet. Her bedtime is also pretty straightforward, sometimes she's very "three" about it, but who isn't sometimes!

Typically we'll have dinner prepared for you and everything set up for an easy and fun few hours!  Our girls love arts and crafts, reding books,  board games, magnets toys, and playing outside. 

There aren't any housekeeping expectations, just cleanup after snacks and after the kids are in bed you can just relax and watch tv or what not.

We are in Sun Prairie so reliable transportation is needed. 

Qualifications:

- we would love someone with experience caring for multiple children at the same time

- interested and enjoys activities with children 

- reliable and communicates efficiently 

- comfortable with dogs
