Cashier – Customer Service Team Member

As a Cashier – Customer Service Team Member for Chick-fil-A, you’ll be the friendly face of our front-of-house team. You’ll help create a welcoming experience for every guest by taking accurate orders, processing payments, and delivering fast, courteous service from the counter.

This front of house role is available as full-time and part-time, making it a great fit for people who enjoy working with others in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

What you’ll do

• Greet guests, take orders, and provide helpful menu guidance

• Ring up purchases accurately and process payments

• Deliver excellent customer service with a positive, respectful attitude

• Follow Chick-fil-A service standards and team expectations

• Coordinate with team members to ensure orders are delivered correctly and quickly

• Maintain a clean, organized checkout area

What we’re looking for

• Friendly communication skills and a guest-first mindset

• Ability to work efficiently during busy periods

• Comfort using a point-of-sale (POS) system and handling transactions accurately

• Reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn

• No previous experience required—training is provided
