Dealer Business Operations & Analytics Internship - Summer 2027

Springs Window Fashions is a consumer products company seeking a strategic and analytical intern to support its dealer experience programs. The role focuses on dashboard development, reporting, sales data analysis, process documentation, communications, and cross-functional project support to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

What you'll do:

• Support the development and maintenance of Concierge team dashboards and reporting tools in Smartsheet
• Create account scorecards and performance reports for Concierge representatives
• Analyze sales data to identify product attachment trends and business opportunities
• Generate monthly opportunity lists highlighting missed milestones and account growth potential
• Maintain and enhance Inside Sales communications, presentations, and training materials
• Assist in documenting processes and developing SOPs and work instructions to improve operational efficiency

What they're looking for:

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Interest in partner/channel strategy and incentive design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Experience with Excel or financial modeling tools preferred
