Dealer Shop at Home Strategy Internship - Summer 2027

Springs Window Fashions is a consumer products company seeking a strategic and analytical Dealer Shop at Home Sales Strategy Intern. The role supports dealer program development through dashboard and tracker creation, sales data analysis, webinar content, scorecards, and symposium ROI tracking.

What you'll do:

• Create a tracker for SAH training initiatives to include: draperies and motorization, participation rates, and certifications
• Assist with creation of Costco tracker platform for dealer roadshows to include: dates, times, and days by warehouse that can be accessed by internal/external partners
• Assist with building strong content for Graber & SunSetter webinars with a strong focus on guest speakers
• Assist with creating a platform that tracks all sales data
• Create a digital scorecard
• Create a symposium attendance tracker for Graber adn SunSetter ROI

What they're looking for:

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Interest in sales partner/channel strategy and incentive design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Experience with Excel or financial modeling tools preferred
