Job Summary:
Join our Transportation team as a Delivery Helper, supporting drivers with safe, accurate, and on-time deliveries. This is a non-driving role focused on customer service, product handling, and delivery support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist drivers with loading/unloading deliveries (50+ lbs).
- Verify order accuracy and product condition.
- Coordinate delivery timing with customers.
- Provide proof of delivery and basic customer support.
- Escalate issues and maintain a professional, customer-first experience.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Strong customer service skills.
Preferred:
- Warehouse or delivery experience.
- Familiarity with shipping documents and safety practices.
- Material handling equipment experience.
