Spear Parcels is a local delivery company, based at the DNJ4 station in Tinton Falls. Our drivers deliver to the same Jersey Shore communities they live in, so every route is a chance to take care of your own neighborhood. We're a bilingual team (English & Spanish).

💰 WHAT YOU EARN

💵 $24.25 per hour

📈 Example: about $970 per week working 4 shifts of 10 hours (before taxes, includes overtime)

📦 Drive a delivery van and deliver 300–400 packages per route.

📅 Work 3 to 4 days per week, in 8 to 10-hour shifts.

🗓️ One weekend day is required.

🏃 It's an active job: in and out of the van, walking and carrying packages all day, rain or shine.

🌤️ You're out on the road all day, not stuck behind a desk.

📋 REQUIREMENTS

✔️ 21 years or older

✔️ Valid U.S. driver's license (not probationary) — no CDL needed

✔️ Good driving record

✔️ Able to lift up to 60 lbs

✔️ Comfortable using a smartphone (Android or iPhone)

✔️ Authorized to work in the U.S.

✔️ Pass a background check and drug screening

✔️ Complete paid training
