Do you enjoy helping patients smile with confidence? PrimeHealth+ is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to support our dental providers while delivering exceptional patient care in a friendly, team-focused environment.
What You'll Do
· Assist dentists chairside during a variety of dental procedures
· Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and patients for care
· Take and process dental X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
· Educate patients about treatment plans and home care
· Perform expanded duties, including coronal polishing, fluoride application, impressions, temporary crowns, and night guard delivery (as permitted by certification)
· Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
· Help manage patient flow, schedule appointments, and support laboratory processes
· Assist with inventory, ordering supplies, and training new team members
What We're Looking For
· High school diploma or GED
· At least one year of chairside dental assisting experience
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Excellent communication and patient service skills
· Commitment to teamwork, safety, and high-quality patient care
Preferred Qualifications
· Graduate of an accredited Dental Assistant program
· Bilingual in English and Spanish
· Dental radiography certification and expanded duties experience

Additional Requirements: Candidates must be current on—or willing to obtain—required immunizations and screenings, including Tdap, MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, annual flu vaccine, and TB screening.

Qualifications
Required Education/Experience:
- High School diploma or GED
- One year of demonstrable dental experience chair side
Preferred Education/ Experience:
- Certification from an accredited college/program
- Bilingual in Spanish
Additional Eligibility: Must be current or willing to be vaccinated for the following
