QUALITFICATIONS:
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Must have good communication skills and be able to work with people from different departments in an office and manufacturing environment.
- Must be detail oriented and well organized.
- Must be self-motivated and be able to motivate others and promote teamwork.
- Must be able to change from one task to another frequently.
- Comply with all plant and safety rules, and company policies.
- Adhere to safety, OSHA policies.
- Must be committed to ISO 9001 and continuous improvement.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Work on giving breaks and lunches or relieving personnel when necessary.
- Supervise employees in the assigned department and insure the employees are performing their job duties.
- Perform daily safety meetings
- Complete and turn in reports pertaining to assigned department.
- Follow and enforce company policies.
- Communicate closely with production manager and other supervisors.
- Communicate with maintenance personnel in order to keep production efficiency.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate attendance and payroll records.
- Ensure self and subordinates adhere to safety policies.
- Responsible for department housekeeping.
- Preventive Maintenance
- Perform in other functions as directed
- Ensure quality of scrap and work is to standards.
- Coach and follow up on subordinates.
- Assist with Safeguard policies and training.
