Deutsche Bank Internship Program – Human Resources – New York 2027

Deutsche Bank is seeking interns to join its Human Resources division. The role provides formal training and hands-on experience across areas such as talent development, business advisory, and performance and reward, while supporting employee advice, workforce decisions, and business-critical initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Find and recruit the brightest talent
• Develop their skills by providing them with structured, on-going training
• Give every single member of our staff the chance to achieve their career goals and make their work exceptionally rewarding
• Working on our day-to-day business or on challenging, business-critical projects, you will acquire a broad knowledge of different areas
• You might be giving employee advice, facilitating workforce decisions or working on large-scale initiatives

• We recruit students and graduates who are intelligent and adaptable with excellent interpersonal skills
• They have degrees in many different disciplines
• Even though good levels of numeracy are important for some roles, you won't necessarily need a formal mathematical or financial background
• You should show a keen interest in the field of Human Resources
• You already have a record of academic achievement and you're eager to go on learning at the same intensive rate
• You'll thrive on working in a highly collaborative and diverse culture with some of the best minds in banking
• We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills who work well on teams and inspire others with their ideas
• Strong candidates will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, p roven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
• Complete your studies (all final exams, coursework, and have no outstanding requirements for graduation) between 1st December 2027 and 31st July 2028
