Development Program Associate

HUB International is a global insurance and employee benefits broker providing financial services and related solutions. The company is seeking an entry-level Development Program Associate to provide administrative support to the billing department, including data entry, document handling, front desk operations, and mail processing. The role also offers opportunities to support miscellaneous projects and develop office and communication skills.

What you'll do:

• Data-entry of confidential documents
• Scanning and copying documents
• Answering phones at front desk
• Processing daily mail (incoming and outgoing)
• Maintaining inventory and stocking office and breakroom supplies
• Miscellaneous projects from all departments
