Pursuing BSEE or MSEE; experience in scan test plans, BIST, ATPG, fault modeling and verification; strong analytical skills; exposure to RTL/ clocks, STA, PnR and power; silicon debug and ATE experience; programming/scripting skills in Perl, Python or Tcl.
