About this role
Description
The Die Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, sharpening, and troubleshooting stamping dies while following safety rules and procedures. This includes surface grinding, milling, drilling, lathe work, welding, and brazing. Also includes installation of “new” die tooling, purchased perishable tooling and making necessary items in-house. Other duties as assigned.
Starting pay within the range is dependent on various factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, ability, training, and education.
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED; or vocational training; One year related experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read blueprints required.
