About this role

Description

Senior Product Manager, Digihub

About Us

Gifthealth is a digital pharmacy rebuilding patient access to specialty medication from the ground up. We replace the slow, human-heavy, fragmented hub programs of the past with digital, AI-powered workflows that get patients to therapy faster and at lower cost. Today we serve roughly 40,000 scripts a day in a high-stakes, regulated healthcare environment.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Digihub to lead day-to-day product execution across the Digihub pillar, which spans Patient Services, CRM & Provider Tools, and AI & Automation. This position plays a key role in supporting the Digihub product pillar, partnering with the Director of Product, Digihub & Patient Experience to turn the multi-year Digihub vision into shipped product, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals, operational excellence, and compliance standards. This is the first Senior PM role on the Gifthealth product team, with real scope and executive visibility from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digihub product execution: Translate vision into shipped product across all three Digihub areas, holding quality and pace.
  • Cross-area connective tissue: Define how Patient Services, CRM & Provider Tools, and AI & Automation work as a coherent surface rather than three disconnected products.
  • Applied AI within the pillar: Apply LLMs, RAG, OCR/IDP, and agentic systems in practical ways to remove operational overhead and accelerate patient access.
  • Contribution to AI strategy and evaluation framework: Contribute to and apply the pillar's AI strategy and evaluation framework, owned by the Director, and develop the muscle to own it over time.
  • Cross-functional partnership: Drive alignment across Engineering, AI/ML, design, clinical operations, and patient services, all of which intersect in this role.
  • Patient and provider proximity: Shadow workflows, watch sessions, sit with case managers, and use real-world signal to drive continuous improvement.
  • Influence across the Digihub PM team: Lead through craft and example, raising the bar for the team.

Qualifications

  • Education: No specific degree required; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
  • Licensure/Certification: Not applicable.
  • Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping product end-to-end at meaningful scale and direct experience applying AI within a product (LLM-assisted workflows, decisioning, agentic systems, OCR/IDP, or equivalent). Healthcare product experience is required, ideally with prior authorization, benefits investigation, formulary, step therapy, hub programs, or specialty pharmacy.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Proven execution chops with complex delivery, driven without formal authority over delivery teams.
    • Strong written and verbal communication for executive and technical audiences.
    • Cross-functional influence in matrixed environments.
    • Preferred: Platform product experience.
    • Technical background (former engineer, technical degree, or equivalent).
    • AI evaluation framework participation or co-ownership; experience working alongside ML/AI engineering teams.
    • Specialty pharmacy, patient access programs, or traditional hub program economics; pharmacy operations or case management product context.

Work Environment

  • Location: Remote (US)
  • Schedule: Full-time
  • May require occasional flexibility outside core hours to support cross-functional partners and executive alignment.
  • Regular meetings with the Director of Product, Digihub & Patient Experience, and with Engineering, AI/ML, design, clinical operations, and patient services teams to ensure alignment.

Key Essential Functions

  • Not applicable. This is a remote, non-physical role with no unique physical requirements beyond standard computer-based work and reliable participation in virtual meetings.
