Digital Analyst & Project Management Intern

Covestro develops chemical material solutions and collaborates across global teams to advance innovative products and processes. The Digital Analyst & Project Management Intern will analyze data, create visualizations, and support data-driven business decisions while assisting with digital process improvement projects, project planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do:

• Assist with identifying data sources and support data engineering team for projects
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies
• Create data visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to present findings
• Support the development of reports, presentations, and other data-driven deliverables
• Outline project scopes, establish timelines, and maintain project documentations
• Collaborate with colleagues in cross-functional teams spanning multiple countries
• Participate in site meetings and learning opportunities

What they're looking for:

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's program in a quantitative field such as Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, MIS/BIS, or any other related degrees
• Completion of freshman year
• Knowledge of data visualization methodologies and agentic coding tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.)
• Familiarity with programming languages like Python & SQL
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
• Exceptional organization and time management
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn
• Exposure to any coding languages, tools and general logic building
• Familiarity with basic business principles and supply chain concepts
