Digital Analytics & Marketing Operations Intern

Hilltop Holdings is a financial services company seeking a Digital Analytics & Marketing Operations Intern. The intern will support digital experience optimization through website taxonomy management, customer journey mapping, campaign tracking, reporting, quality assurance, analytics validation, and marketing operations. The role will also research approved AI tools and document recommendations for automation and continuous improvement.

What you'll do:

• Help develop and maintain website content taxonomies and governance documentation
• Map customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve digital experiences
• Support website, content, campaign, and analytics QA
• Assist with campaign tracking, reporting, and data organization
• Research and test approved AI tools, with a focus on automating repetitive marketing operations, QA, reporting, and documentation
• Document experiments, processes, findings, and recommendations
• Support digital experience and marketing operations projects as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

What they're looking for:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Computer hardware, operating system (Windows or Mac), and software/application (MS Office, Internet Explorer, Outlook etc.) skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
• Proven self-starter who can initiate tasks and follow up to completion
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Desire to learn about career opportunities in the financial services industry
• Candidate MUST have authorization to work for any employer in the US without requiring sponsorship, whether in student status or not
• Rising Senior pursuing business, marketing, or related field is preferred
• Some experience (1 – 2 years) is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of Microsoft office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), PowerBI is a plus
