Digital Inventory Marketing Analyst

Flip Electronics is seeking a Digital Inventory Marketing Analyst to support inventory marketing and business growth. The role manages digital marketing platforms and partner programs, analyzes inventory, sales, supplier availability, and pricing data, and supports procurement, reporting, automation, and strategic process initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Gain an extensive and highly detailed understanding of Flip’s inventory product needs, stock levels, and control systems
• Manage, update, and analyze Flip’s digital inventory marketing strategy and e-commerce platform
• Manage and maintain partnership programs with other online inventory marketing platforms
• Assist in automation of inventory synchronization and other reporting requirements with strategic partners and customers
• Monitor sales activity to maintain proper inventory levels
• Analyze supplier inventory availability to ensure Flip may capitalize on purchasing to support customer demand and/or strategic stocking
• Responsible for daily management of product marketing platforms
• Assist the Procurement Team by providing internal and external data sources to inform procurement analyses
• Evaluate internal and third party data to make pricing recommendations
• Collaborate with Flip’s supplier business development, sales, and procurement teams, as required
• Assist in the preparation of reports and in the implementation of new systems and processes to facilitate Flip’s strategic growth initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

What they're looking for:

• • BS Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics related field or relevant equivalent experience
• • 1-3 years data, reporting or analytics experience is required
• • Intermediate to Expert MS Excel skills, including data analysis, formulas, and dashboard creation
