Louis Vuitton is seeking a Seasonal Digital Marketing Analyst to join our Omni-channel team based in New York City. The Seasonal Digital Marketing Analyst plays a strategic role in evaluating and optimizing the performance of CRM and Search channels to improve digital marketing effectiveness. This role focuses on generating actionable insights from customer and campaign data across email, SMS, app, paid search, and organic and AI search channels. Using tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI, the analyst identifies performance drivers, uncovers growth opportunities, and supports data-driven decision-making to maximize ROI, customer engagement, and business impact.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong strategic mindset, a profound understanding of CRM and search (paid & organic) ecosystems, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, impactful business strategies.


Job responsibilities

CRM Performance Analysis

  • Analyze the effectiveness of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and app channels, including segmentation strategies, messaging performance, engagement metrics, and conversion funnels.
  • Identify the key drivers of customer engagement, retention, and revenue generation across CRM touchpoints.
  • Assess communication cadence and content effectiveness to recommend improvements in targeting and messaging strategy.

Search Performance Analysis

  • Evaluate paid search campaign performance, including keyword effectiveness, bidding strategies, and landing page experience, and budget allocation.
  • Analyze organic search performance to identify keyword opportunities, content gaps, competitor trends, and technical SEO improvement areas.
  • Monitor AI Search visibility trends to inform optimization to citation share
  • Measure the contribution of branded and non-branded search activity to traffic, conversions, and overall brand visibility.

Web Analytics and Insight Generation

  • Use Google Analytics to assess user journeys, attribution paths, and conversion behavior across digital channels.
  • Build custom reports, dashboards, and audience segments to understand channel interactions and overall marketing performance.
  • Leverage advanced analytics features, including custom dimensions, metrics, and content groupings, to generate deeper business insights.

Marketing Mix and Performance Optimization

  • Analyze the contribution of CRM and Search within the broader digital marketing mix.
  • Identify opportunities to reallocate investment and improve channel synergy for stronger performance outcomes.
  • Support the design and evaluation of A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and quantify impact.
  • Develop clear, data-backed recommendations to improve marketing efficiency and campaign effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner closely with CRM, SEO, GEO, paid search, and broader marketing teams as a strategic analytical resource.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for business and marketing stakeholders.
  • Contribute to performance reviews, planning discussions, and strategic initiatives with evidence-based insights.

Profile

  • Strong understanding of paid search, organic search, keyword strategy, and SEO performance drivers.
  • Experience using Google Ads & Google Search Console to understand paid and organic search performance trends
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Ability to connect channel-level performance to broader business outcomes and marketing strategy.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with testing frameworks, campaign measurement, and performance optimization.
  • Agency experience preferred

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary range within USD $75,000 to $80,000 a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.

The position requires 4 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
