Digital Marketing Associate

Lightburn is hiring a Digital Marketing Associate to support digital marketing for client accounts, with a primary focus on reporting and dashboards. The role also supports analytics, paid media, and email campaigns, and communicates performance insights and data issues to account managers.

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain client reports and dashboards in Data Studio
• Pull and organize performance data from GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Semrush, and other platforms
• Check every report for accuracy before it goes out
• Flag data issues and tracking gaps early
• GA4/Google Tag Manager set up on new sites
• Track KPIs including traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROAS across channels
• Give account managers the context they need ahead of client meetings
• Build, schedule, and QA email campaigns, then report on how they performed
• Support paid media setup and trafficking in a variety of ad platforms
• Other support as needed

• You pick things up fast
• You form opinions and share them
• You ask questions early instead of guessing and hoping
• You care about getting the details right, especially with numbers
• You dig past the dashboard number to find out why a campaign actually worked
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and the instinct to own what you touch
• Around 2 years of exposure to digital marketing or analytics. An internship, coursework, a side project, or a job where you touched marketing data can count if it's relevant
• You've spent time in GA4, Meta, or a dashboard tool and want to go further
• You're comfortable in Excel
• You can explain what a number means to someone who doesn't work in data
• Experience using AI tools as part of your workflow
