Digital Marketing Intern

H.B. Fuller is a global adhesives, coatings, and sealants company. The Digital Marketing Intern will support global digital marketing initiatives by creating and managing content across digital platforms, analyzing customer and stakeholder input, developing growth-oriented action plans, collaborating across teams, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.

What you'll do:

• Analyze customer and stakeholder input to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities across key customer experience projects
• Integrate findings into project or continuous improvement roadmap(s)
• Partner with strategic product management and marketing teams to develop actions plans that will deliver progress toward strategic, organic growth targets across 32 global market segments
• Collaborate across Digital CX teams and H.B. Fuller commercial groups to ensure alignment and accuracy
• Prepare and present key findings and recommendations to senior leadership

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
• High proficiency with a range of computer systems and tools
• Experience using Canva and other content creation and graphic design tools
• Must be detailed oriented, and able to be a self-starter in order to complete projects
• Prior internship experience a plus
