Digital Marketing Intern(Summer 2027 Internship

Netsmart is a healthcare technology company that helps human services and healthcare organizations improve outcomes through technology and innovation. The Digital Marketing Intern will support SEO, web analytics, content optimization, website audits, reporting, and digital marketing initiatives to improve online visibility and user engagement.

What you'll do:

• Support search engine optimization (SEO) efforts through keyword research, content analysis, metadata reviews, and search performance monitoring
• Analyze website traffic, engagement, and conversion trends using digital analytics platforms
• Develop reports and dashboards that communicate digital marketing performance to stakeholders
• Evaluate website content and user journeys to identify opportunities for improved engagement and conversion
• Conduct website audits focusing on content quality, user experience, accessibility, and search visibility
• Research competitors, industry trends, and emerging AI search opportunities
• Assist with content optimization recommendations based on search and analytics insights
• Support digital marketing initiatives related to website performance and online visibility

What they're looking for:

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field
• Rising Senior Graduating in December 2027 or May 2028
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
• This position is not available for visa sponsorship
• All applicants for employment must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is a plus
• Interest in SEO, web analytics, content strategy, digital marketing, or user experience
