Digital Marketing Intern - UNITEC

Otis Elevator Co. is a global elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company. The Digital Marketing Intern will support digital marketing campaigns, website content management, HubSpot activities, email and social media marketing, SEO, analytics, lead generation, and customer engagement initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns
• Create and update website content within Adobe Commerce (Magento)
• Support HubSpot marketing activities, including email campaigns, workflows, lead nurturing, and CRM management
• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and customer engagement metrics
• Conduct keyword research and assist with SEO optimization efforts
• Help create content for email marketing, social media, blogs, and website promotions
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives
• Analyze marketing data and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Product teams to support business objectives
• Assist with testing website enhancements and customer journey improvements

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, business, information technology, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and analytical thinking
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative
• Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Adobe Commerce/Magento, or similar marketing platforms is a plus
• Content creation and copywriting
• Digital analytics and reporting
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
