What We Offer

The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the Digital Demand team in the planning, execution, optimization, and measurement of digital media campaigns designed to drive patient acquisition and support key business priorities. This role will manage the day-to-day execution of campaigns across digital media channels, ensuring campaigns are launched accurately, monitored effectively, and optimized to achieve performance goals.

 

  • Manage the execution of digital media campaigns from planning through launch, optimization, and completion, ensuring tactics, timelines, audiences, creative, and tracking are aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Develop and execute campaigns targeting specific audiences and markets based on defined business objectives, such as reaching new movers, priority patient populations, or audiences aligned to specific services.
  • Coordinate with internal clients, marketing partners, external agencies, and media partners to communicate campaign requirements, timelines, deliverables, and performance.
  • Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, maintaining timelines, deliverables, and project documentation within Wrike and other project management tools.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze media, audience, search, and other digital marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Translate performance data and insights into actionable recommendations that improve campaign effectiveness and support business objectives.
  • Partner with cross-functional marketing and communications teams to ensure digital campaigns are integrated with broader marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Support the evolving search landscape and digital marketing ecosystem by staying informed on changes in search, media platforms, audience targeting, measurement, and emerging digital trends.
  • Contribute to marketing operations initiatives, including the implementation and adoption of new marketing technology platforms, processes, and workflows.
  • Help establish and maintain efficient campaign processes, documentation, tracking, and operational standards as the Digital Demand team continues to grow.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign execution, workflows, and use of technology to make digital marketing efforts more efficient and effective.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, media tactics, audience targeting, campaign measurement, and marketing analytics.

What You'll Do

  • Experience in digital marketing, digital media, marketing operations, campaign management, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting the execution and management of digital media campaigns, including coordinating campaign details, timelines, creative, audiences, and performance tracking.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working with project management tools such as Wrike or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign performance data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Comfortable working with media performance, analytics, audience targeting, and search-related data.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, agencies, and external partners.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Curious and technology-oriented, with the ability to quickly learn new marketing platforms, tools, and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership, solve problems, and identify opportunities to improve processes and campaign execution.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels, paid media, audience segmentation/targeting, campaign measurement, and optimization.
  • Interest in emerging digital marketing trends, evolving search behavior, marketing technology, and data-driven marketing.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: High School or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum one year in paid media, organic social media, CRM, SEO, website optimization, or other digital marketing practices, required.
  • Licensure/Certification: Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant, preferred. Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, preferred.
  • Additional skills required:
    • Understanding of classical marketing techniques and modern, digital marketing techniques. Experience with consumer marketing, with a knowledge of digital marketing, segmentation, and targeting.
    • Ability to learn quickly, work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive within a dynamic team environment; flexibility and adaptability is critical.
    • Track record of outstanding listening/evaluation skills; must possess strong communication, written, interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills.

    • Accountable for campaign goals and monitors measures to assure outcomes support strategic initiatives.
