Digital Operations Analyst

Mattress Firm is a mattress retailer seeking a Digital Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day management, merchandising, and revenue growth of its digital sites. The role focuses on digital merchandising, e-commerce analysis, product content and lifecycle management, competitive research, and improving site productivity, conversion, and sales.

What you'll do:

• Assist in the development of and help maintain digital merchandising strategies to drive sales, conversion rate, and overall profitability for the site
• Utilize relevant reporting and analysis tools to communicate digital business trends, online shopping behaviors, click streams, category and SKU level performance
• Conduct and provide regular competitive analysis to identify best practices and recommend action steps
• Research and analyze eCommerce trends as well as report on competitors
• Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts
• Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation
• Communicates any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and Company operations
• Upload product attributes, content and and product images while managing the online product life cycle for assigned categories on all core sites
• Collaborate with upper management on decisions that improve product page views and conversion rates and impact category and sorting functions
• Analyze business and present opportunities and risks
• Analyze click stream and customer behavior for opportunities to increase conversion and sales
• Monitor live site daily to ensure category, navigation, and product accuracy
