Digital Operations Internship - Summer 2027

Casey's is a growing retail company offering students hands-on experience through meaningful work, professional development, and cross-functional collaboration. The Digital Operations Intern will support digital ordering across the app, website, and third-party marketplaces by analyzing sales and customer behavior data, supporting product and promotional launches, evaluating operational performance, and contributing to initiatives that improve the guest experience and drive business growth.

What you'll do:

• Support the team responsible for Casey's digital ordering experience across the Casey's app, website, and third-party marketplaces
• Gain hands-on experience with digital merchandising, promotions, delivery operations, product configuration, and performance analytics while partnering with teams across Marketing, IT, Merchandising, and Operations
• Help analyze digital sales and customer behavior data, support new product and promotional launches, evaluate operational performance, and contribute to projects that enhance the guest experience and drive business growth

What they're looking for:

• Current Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Marketing or a related field
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
• Ability to exercise independent judgment
