- Prepare analyses and materials for product demos, quarterly business reviews, clinical leadership updates, pilot reviews, and other pod report-outs
- Work with the Product Owner to develop Objectives and Key Results and define measurement strategies, source systems, baselines, and methodologies for nursing ambient clinical documentation outcomes
- Partner with data engineers and pod members to create reliable data pipelines, dashboards, and analyses that automate measurement of product, clinical workflow, adoption, and outcome metrics
- Partner with Experience/UX designers and Nursing and Performance Improvement stakeholders to map current and future nursing documentation workflows, identify pain points, and define opportunities for ambient documentation to reduce burden without disrupting patient care
- Partner with Experience/UX, Nursing Informatics, and frontline nurses to incorporate clinical workflow and user acceptance criteria into user stories and test scenarios
- Work with adoption teams, process/experience designers, Nursing leadership, and frontline users to translate qualitative and quantitative feedback into prioritized feature specifications and product improvements
- Partner with change management, education, adoption, and scaling teams to support pilot readiness, training, communications, workflow change, adoption, and responsible scaling across nursing environments
- Prepare analyses and materials for product demos, quarterly business reviews, clinical leadership updates, pilot reviews, and other pod report-outs
- Use analytical and data visualization techniques to communicate nursing adoption, utilization, documentation quality, workflow, product performance, and outcome insights effectively to clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders
