Digital Product Management Intern

## Your Impact As a Digital Product Management Intern at Lowe’s, you’ll help define and deliver innovative customer experiences across our digital platforms. You’ll work alongside experienced product managers, engineers, and designers to bring new features and tools to life on Lowes.com, our mobile apps, and associate-facing tools. From shaping product roadmaps to analyzing user data and developing requirements, this internship is a hands-on opportunity to influence how millions of customers shop and interact with Lowe’s every day. This role is perfect for students who love solving problems, thinking strategically, and making data-informed decisions to drive business impact through technology. ## What You Will Learn - Assist in developing product strategies and roadmaps for Lowe’s digital experiences. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Analyze customer data, feedback, and research to inform product decisions. - Help prioritize features and enhancements based on customer impact and business value. - Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Support go-to-market efforts by partnering with marketing, training, and support teams. ## Minimum Qualifications - Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field. - Expected graduation dates of December 2027, or May 2028. ## Preferred Skills/Experience - 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher - Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills - Passion for digital innovation and solving customer problems - Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management concepts - Previous internship or project experience in a technology, retail, or customer-facing environment - Experience in a leadership position at work or within a campus organization
