Digital Product Management Internship

Gordon Food Service is a family-owned food service distributor serving customers across North America and Canada. The Digital Product Management Intern will support analytics, A/B testing, search optimization, conversational design, and product strategy for customer-facing digital platforms while participating in mentorship, networking, and professional development activities.

What you'll do:

• Assist with analytics, data collection, and dashboard reporting for customer-facing e-commerce platforms
• Assist with designing, executing, measuring, and monitoring A/B testing initiatives to optimize user interaction and features
• Assist with search tuning, testing, and dataset analysis to improve customer discovery and platform functionality
• Collaborate with full stack conversational designers and UX designers on chatbot and voice bot experience enhancements
• Assist Product Owners with product strategy, roadmap planning, and other duties as assigned
• Attending unique networking opportunities in and outside the office
• Engaging in our mentorship program
• Shadowing jobs across the organization to explore your career path potential
• Participating in Gordon Food Services’ community and stewardship efforts
• Developing personal and professional skills through workshops about communication, LinkedIn, presenting, and more
• Embedding directly with a team that treats AI as a core collaborator. You will gain hands-on experience using and developing intelligent systems to deliver real-world business impact

What they're looking for:

• Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analtyics, Data Science
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher
