About this role
What you’ll do
Help improve how Digital Banking teams plan, align, and deliver
Support program delivery for major digital initiatives
Learn the Product Operating Model and how Product Managers work best
Assist with transparency of work, risk tracking, and cross-team coordination
Contribute to Digital Product Ops’ AI strategy — finding practical ways AI can improve speed, clarity, and efficiency
Help create new frameworks, tools, and enablement materials teams can actually use
Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to reduce friction and strengthen how work gets done
What we’re looking for
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Product, Technology, Design, Communications, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication
Curious about how digital products and teams operate
Comfortable learning new tools quickly, including AI
Detail-oriented, collaborative, and motivated to make work clearer for others
Nice to have
Exposure to Agile/product delivery (coursework, internships, or student org experience)
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and/or Cursor
Interest in fintech, digital banking, or enterprise product operations
Experience with AI tools for writing, research, or productivity
