Digital Product Specialist

Zippo Manufacturing Company is seeking a Digital Product Specialist to support its digital products function. The role focuses on evaluating and deploying digital tools, configuring and maintaining platforms and integrations, supporting stakeholders, documenting processes, and validating platform changes against business and compliance requirements.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with the EBE group to understand team and platform needs and align day-to-day support work accordingly
• Assist in evaluating opportunities for process improvement across the digital products function
• Participate in planning discussions related to platform configuration, vendor relationships, and compliance requirements
• Support the evaluation and selection of digital tools and vendors, ensuring alignment with business and compliance requirements
• Assist in coordinating the deployment and configuration of new platforms, integrations, or vendor tools, including documentation and stakeholder communication
• Assist in developing internal documentation and reference materials to support adoption of new tools and processes
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and support tickets related to the digital products function
• Configure and maintain platform settings, rules, and integrations across the organization's digital properties, applying judgment to adapt established standards to platform-specific or vendor-specific requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, including process needs, configuration specifications, and compliance obligations
• Maintain and refine documentation of platform configurations, vendor relationships, and standard operating procedures, identifying where existing procedures need updating based on platform or vendor changes
• Collaborate with internal teams (i.e. Marketing, Legal, etc.) and external vendors, to ensure work aligns with business and compliance requirements
• Participate in testing and validation of platform changes to ensure they meet business and compliance expectations

What they're looking for:

• Previous experience in a digital platform, ecommerce, marketing technology, or analyst role is advantageous, but candidates with a strong interest in technology and business collaboration will also be considered
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and dependability
• Demonstrated ability to learn new platforms and adapt to new tools and processes on the job
• This is an office hourly, full on-site position located in Bradford, PA
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
