## Job Description This position is for a DSP Software Engineering internship opportunity at Motorola Solutions in Plantation, Florida. We are looking for engineers with a strong interest in DSP and embedded systems to help expand our team and deliver the next generation of communication devices to our customers. ## Responsibilities - Work in an Agile/Scrum team to analyze, design, implement cutting edge real-time software for DSP algorithms and Low Level device drivers to be used in wireless products - Teamwork in a multi-site, world-wide development environment - Finding, tracking, and repairing device software defects - Create and execute unit, integration, system, load, and acceptance tests ## Qualifications - Knowledge of fundamentals of Digital Signal Processing and/or Digital Communication - Experience in C/C++ is a plus - Knowledge of Machine Learning is a plus - Experience with, Matlab, Python, Perl is a plus - Experience in real-time embedded software is a plus - Strong communication and problem solving skills is a plus - Experience using version control; Git is a plus - Experience with Linux is a plus - Experience with embedded development/debug tools (such as emulators/JTAG, etc.) is a plus.
