Digital Strategy Intern (2027 Semester 1) - Generation H

Hermès is a luxury fashion and retail company with an eCommerce team responsible for its online business and omnichannel services. The Digital Strategy Intern will support reporting, sales and stock analysis, competitive research, eCommerce buying preparation, product delivery monitoring, and cross-functional digital merchandising initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Assist Digital Strategy team with daily reporting on sales trend, stock movement, and omnichannel highlights
• Review sales & stock levels to drive online business for Hermès departments
• Compile competitive analyses on industry best-practices in the digital space and product offerings
• Assist in developing market preparational tools for the eCommerce buying team ahead of buying appointments
• Monitor product deliveries and relay opportunity to greater teams for product pushes
• Develop a broad understanding of all eCommerce and Merchandising functions and responsibilities to provide the Digital Strategy team support across multiple divisions with cross-functional partners
• All other duties assigned by supervisor

• Enrolled in an Associates, Bachelor's or Master's Degree program
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong organization and research skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
