About this role
Bachelor's degree and CPA required, 10+ years experience (Big 4 or Fortune 500 preferred), strong U.S. GAAP/IFRS technical accounting, M&A accounting, SEC filing and SOX experience, ability to support due diligence and Day 2 integration.
