About this role
Minimum 8 years experience in accounting, advisory, financial audit, or transaction with a Top Ten public accounting firm; Bachelor's in Accounting or CPA eligible; extensive project management experience; strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, IFRS, M&A; willingness to travel; authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship.
