Pay Range
The pay range for this position is between $130,000.00 – $150,000.00.
Starting wage may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. Temco Logistics offers additional competitive and non-financial benefits, which may include a performance-based bonus program or a profit sharing program depending on position.
Job Description
Temco Logistics is looking for a Director of Compensation associate to Direct
The design, development, communication, and implementation of compensation programs — including base pay, incentive pay, and equity — that provide a competitive level of pay, motivation, and reward to Temco Logistics associates. Manages the compensation function end-to-end, partnering closely with HR, business leaders, and executive stakeholders on compensation strategy, program design, and day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops compensation strategy and tactics to ensure Temco Logistics' market position remains competitive
- Evaluates competitive market trends and assesses Temco Logistics' pay position relative to the market
- Designs, develops, and maintains compensation policy and procedures
- Manages the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs across multiple functions across the organizations, including executive compensation programs
- Assures appropriate job evaluation, including through officer/executive level
- Manages compensation analytics and job evaluation processes
- Evaluates the effectiveness of existing compensation programs and recommends modifications
- Leads research, analysis, and preparation of materials for executive team for compensation meetings, and develops recommendations for executive compensation policies and practices
- Serves as internal consultant to business partners and HR clients on compensation decisions and issues
- Guides HR partners on compensation decisions and drives approval processes
- Partners with business leaders on compensation needs specific to their organizations
Travel Requirements
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA preferred
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
Minimum Education
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in a field of study related to the job
Minimum Years of Work Experience
- 7 years
