About the opportunity
The Director of Human Resources provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all human resources functions within the organization, championing a people-first culture and ensuring that the organization's ethos of service excellence, integrity, teamwork, and professional growth are reflected in all employee programs, leadership development initiatives, and workplace practices.

Skills and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field required
* 5-8 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within hospitality or service industries
* Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and best practices
* Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred
* Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
