J.D. and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state; 10+ years combined law firm and in-house experience with meaningful in-house time at a technology, media, or ad tech company; deep expertise in global privacy and advertising law including CCPA/CPRA, COPPA, VPPA, TCPA, GDPR, and PIPEDA; experience advising advertising, ad tech, or martech businesses; strong negotiation and communication skills.
