Title and Summary
Director, Product Operations F/TOverviewOwn and deliver the business requirements for digital payment services, and work with functional teams on the execution.
Role.
• Collaborate with product groups and regional teams to understand business needs and develop corresponding requirements.
• Ensure relevance of services with customer needs by garnering feedback from customers, Issuers, and third parties.
• Responsible for idea generation and concept validation of new services/platform enhancements.
• Oversee the development and delivery of digital payment services/API, working with Architecture, Engineering, Testing, and Commercialization teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams and hold them against clear set of priorities, timelines and resources, to deliver the digital payment services roadmap.
• Liaise with Customer Support organizations to ensure optimal customer experience by providing training in third-level support.
• Act as third-level support and manage customer escalations.
• Ensure Customer Delivery and customer support are ready to support new markets.
• Manage operational communication with stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on crucial program metrics.
• Review the voice of customer feedback with stakeholders.
• Developing, managing, and continuously improving processes for scale that help your product and engineering team meet its goals more efficiently and effectively.
• Working with operations teams to collect, prioritize and communicate product-related challenges to be considered by product and engineering in future development.
• Surfacing customer or operations use-cases and edge-cases to validate requirements and proposed product solutions.
• Partnering with customer-facing and operations teams to help them make more tailored content for specific audiences.
• Serving as a central point of contact for inbound requests from other groups, responding (or appropriately routing them) to save engineering time.
About You
• Position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Engineering or related and eight (8) years of experience in job offered or as a Project Manager, Technology Lead, Engineer, or related.
• Qualifying experience must include at least 8 years of experience with each of the following: Defining and building platform services; Rally; Microservices; Java; Reporting; Splunk; SQL.
• Rate of pay: $207,782.00 - 318,000.00 / year.
