As a Lead Dishwasher You will be taking on a larger role in this department by directing assignments to the staff. In addition, you will help maintain the cleanliness of our kitchens and bars to ensure a proper dining experience for each guest.

What you will be doing:

• help oversee the stewarding staff

• Train and mentor new associates in all stewarding roles. 

• Complete daily opening and closing checklists, and perform safety and sanitation inspections. 

•  Operate and maintain dish machine to standards, efficiently processing dishes and utensils.

• Manage clean dishes, unload, stack, and store them in designated areas.

• Maintain cleanliness in dish area and kitchen, including emptying garbage cans and performing general cleaning tasks

•  Ensure floor safety by sweeping, mopping, and drying, and transport soiled ware to designated areas.

• Handle cleaning chemicals safely, wipe down countertops, restock supplies, and assist with equipment movement.

• Set up equipment and bus stations for efficient service, anticipating event order needs and performing additional assigned duties.

What we are looking for: 

• Ability to tolerate varied working conditions.

• Must be able to change activities quickly.

• Prior hospitality, cleaning or janitorial experience preferred

• • Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products. 

• • Maintain safe conditions by cleaning and drying floors and preventing slip/fall hazards. 

• • Assist with moving supplies and equipment, cleaning spills, and other stewarding support as needed

Shift availability: Nights and weekends

Pay Rate: $18.12/hour
