About this role
Must hold an active Arizona RN license and Level One fingerprint clearance card, pass background checks and E-Verify, perform field-based nursing assessments, coordinate skilled nursing services, and use electronic case records and Google/Microsoft tools. BSN and 2 years RN experience with disabilities/home health preferred; ACM/CCM preferred.
