The Tools & Automation Engineer plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency through the development and maintenance of automation tools. 2. Train And Mentor Team Members On Configuration Management Best Practices And Itil Processes, Fostering A Knowledgeable Workforce And Mitigating Delivery Risks.
3. Gather And Analyze Client Specifications To Deliver Tailored Configuration Management Solutions, Leveraging Platforms Like Avanti And Ca Service Desk To Meet Client Needs Effectively.
4. Stay Abreast Of Emerging Technologies And Trends In Configuration Management, Ensuring Solutions Are Innovative, Current, And Of The Highest Quality To Meet Client Requirements.
