This position is responsible for the oversight, direction, and supervision of Domestic Violence staff assigned to this position. This includes the development of team member skills, by building up their strengths and helping them grow in areas where there are challenges. Supervision includes:
This position is responsible for ensuring the compensatory balances of their employees shall not exceed the cap by: being aware of each of their employee's compensatory time balances; ensuring their employees request overtime in advance and receive approval before earning compensatory time; submitting any approvals to earn compensatory time in excess of the cap up the chain to the Division Director for approval which includes a plan to reduce the excess hours to lower or at the cap level by the following pay period.
