E-Commerce Fulfillment Worker - Frost Bank Center Retail

Job Description

The Spurs Fan Shop is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate to support our growing online business. This position is responsible for accurately pulling merchandise for customer orders, packaging shipments, and ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and take pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience through timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Job Responsibilities

• Review daily pick lists and locate merchandise within the Distribution Center (DC) warehouse.
• Accurately pull items for customer orders while maintaining a high level of speed and accuracy.
• Match pulled merchandise to the appropriate packing slips.
• Verify product, size, color, and quantity accuracy before packaging.
• Package customer orders according to company shipping standards.
• Prepare completed orders for shipment through designated shipping carriers.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals established by management.

• Assist with receiving incoming apparel and merchandise shipments.
• Count and verify inventory received from vendors and manufacturers.
• Report inventory discrepancies, shortages, damages, or overages.
• Maintain inventory accuracy within the warehouse and Web Distribution Center (WDC).
• Participate in inventory audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation projects.
• Assist with organizing and replenishing inventory locations throughout the warehouse.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Support additional warehouse and e-commerce operations as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to accurately identify products, sizes, colors, and quantities.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, retail, or fulfillment experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs or ladders as needed.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment for the duration of scheduled shifts.

• This position is located in a warehouse environment without air conditioning.
• Associates must dress appropriately for outdoor and warehouse weather conditions, including high temperatures common in South Texas.
• Comfortable, closed-toe footwear is required.

• Associates are expected to arrive on time and ready to work for all scheduled shifts.
• Employees must clock in and out at the Distribution Center located at 3535 N. PanAm Expressway, San Antonio, TX 78219.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
