About this role

Invesco is a global investment firm providing investment management strategies and vehicles to clients worldwide. The Early Career Intern ETF Product will support ETF product development through market research, competitive analysis, reporting, sales support, data analysis, and assistance with U.S. ETF product launches and updates.

What you'll do:

  • Help create and update product and market outlook materials by conducting research and analysis
  • Support product development by analyzing the ETF competitive landscape and identifying trends
  • Work with Product Strategists to provide analytical insights that respond to internal sales inquiries
  • Run internal reports, spot key trends, and summarize findings for senior leaders
  • Coordinate data analysis to support new product ideas and innovation
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects and assist with U.S. ETF product launches and updates

What they're looking for:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and a Junior graduating by summer of 2028
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
  • Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced functions) and PowerPoint
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving
  • Genuine interest in financial markets, asset management, and ETFs
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities, leadership qualities, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
  • Must be able to work in one of Invesco's offices where the program is available
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as R, Python, or VBA is a plus
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
