Early Career Pathways - Human Resources Internship

Woodside Energy is seeking Human Resources interns for Summer 2027. The role provides hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee experience, learning and development, workforce planning, HR operations, and other people-focused initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee experience, learning and development, workforce planning, HR operations, and other people-focused initiatives

What they're looking for:

• Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Communications, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or a related field; be rising juniors or seniors graduating Spring 2028–Spring 2029; have a minimum 3.30 GPA; remain enrolled at an accredited college or university throughout the internship; and be available for at least 12 consecutive weeks
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
