Electrical Engineer 1

Westinghouse Electric Company is a leader in the nuclear energy industry, dedicated to providing clean energy solutions. The Electrical Engineer I will focus on engineering design for nuclear products, including electrical system design and instrumentation controls.

What you'll do:

• Provide electrical system engineering design, instrumentation and controls (I&C) designs, and electrical system wiring
• Use standards, techniques, procedures and criteria for development of electrical engineering design documents including calculations and specifications
• Use software packages such as Mathcad, Matlab, PSPice or equivalent
• Learn new software packages
• Work with teams on similar engineering level to obtain necessary information and knowledge transferPlan and schedule work to meet requirements

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required
• Willing to travel to client sites, as needed
